Treatment Description

Here at TMS Lashes, only the finest hot and warm waxes used by the brand Just Wax are used for all waxes. These waxes have been carefully formulated even for the most sensitive skin. A minimum of at least 3 weeks of growth unless discussed otherwise is best for your treatment. This allows for optimum results. If it is your first wax or you do not regularly wax, you will need to keep in mind your growth cycle. The first few waxes you may find your hairs may still be in different cycles. This can be discussed further at your appointment or through a consultation. Pre treatment is very important. Please make sure to : - Avoid shaving/tweezing/trimming your treatment area at least 3 weeks prior to treatment - Avoid sun exposure 48 hours prior to - Avoid exfoliation or tanning products for at least 48 hours -Stop using retinols at least 7 days prior to your treatment - Add other relevant information to your consultation from found in your email

Cancellation policy

Need to amend or cancel your treatment? You must provide TMS Lashes at least 48 hours notice or this will result in the loss of your booking fee. A patch test has to be done at least 24 hours prior to your treatment.

If you have not had a relevant patch test in the last 6 months you will have to have another patch test done.

A patch test has to be done with the products TMS Lashes uses. Unfortunately, if you have had a patch test with another salon/brand you will have to have a new patch test with the products that TMS Lashes uses.

If you book an appointment without a relevant patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and the treatment will not go forward, this will also result in the loss of your booking fee.

If you do have a reaction to the patch test for your treatment, the treatment will not be able to go ahead and you will be refunded your booking fee.
